1. Delivery Area

We are currently delivering only within Lahore city.
Orders placed from outside Lahore will not be processed or shipped at this time.

2. Postal Code Requirement

To ensure accurate delivery, customers must enter their correct postal code at checkout.
The delivery option will only appear if the postal code entered falls within Lahore city limits.

3. Delivery Time

Standard delivery time is 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
Delivery times may vary slightly due to weather, traffic conditions, or public holidays.
Our team will contact you if any unexpected delay occurs.

4. Delivery Charges

We proudly offer Free Delivery on orders above PKR 13,000 across Lahore city — PKR 2000 will be charged on orders below PKR 12,000 for Delivery. No hidden fees or extra charges.

5. Order Processing

Orders are processed between Monday to Saturday (9 AM – 6 PM).
Orders received after business hours will be processed the next working day.
Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation call or message before dispatch.

6. Delivery Guidelines

Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order.
The delivery team may contact you prior to arrival to confirm directions.
In case of failed delivery due to incorrect address or no response, re-delivery may be arranged upon request.
