Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return or replacement policy for water tanks that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
You must notify us within 14 days of delivery by emailing info@watertanksmart.com.
Provide proof of purchase (Order Number and invoice, if issued) along with clear photos/videos showing the damage or defect.
Return shipping or carriage charges will be borne by the customer.

Products that have been installed, used, or physically damaged after delivery.
Custom-made or modified tanks.
Minor scratches or marks that do not affect functionality.

Once your return is approved and the product is received and inspected, we will:

Issue a replacement (preferred option), or
Provide a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Note: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

All our tanks come with official brand-backed warranties as listed below:

Heavy / Plus-Duty Tank	10 Years (Manufacturer Warranty)	Covers manufacturing defects, leakage, or structural failure under normal use.
Medium Tank	5 Years (Manufacturer Warranty)	Covers manufacturing defects or leakage under normal use.

Warranty claims are handled directly by the manufacturer.
A Warranty Card will be provided at the time of delivery.
Proof of purchase and serial number (if available) must be provided.
Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or physical impact.
The customer is responsible for transportation costs related to warranty inspection or replacement.
